After 7 years of work, the new Ajaccio hospital on the Stiletto site is receiving its first patients since 2023.
The hospital of nearly 60,000 m2 is at the cutting edge of modernity. Among its most innovative equipment, there is an entirely autonomous medical oxygen supply provided by NOVAIR oxygen generators.
Installed in 6 ISO containers attached to the hospital, the 6 Premium Plus generators supply high purity medical oxygen (up to 99.5%) to the entire establishment, which has 9 operating theatres, 330 hospital beds and a hyperbaric chamber. An on-site oxygen cylinder filling system ensures that an autonomous emergency source is always available.The establishment thus achieves its oxygen supply in total autonomy.
